Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Establish and nurture close bonds with customers, getting to know their wants and needs in order to deliver individualized care.
- To effectively convey features and benefits to buyers, stay up to date on premium product details, such as materials, craftsmanship, and brand history.
Employ sophisticated sales strategies designed for affluent customers, such as consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Make sure the sales area is kept up, aesthetically pleasing, and represents the upscale image of the company.
- Support the management of inventory levels, which includes replenishing and monitoring sales patterns to maximize the availability of products.
- Follow up with customers after a sale to make sure they're satisfied and to promote repeat business.
- Professionally address consumer grievances and concerns while upholding the brand's stellar reputation.
- To spot chances for expansion and innovation, keep abreast of market developments and rivalry.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
