Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Role :
- Should recruit Sales Advisors(Agents), build a high-performing distribution network & enable your team to sell life insurance policies.
- You will accompany the team on pre and post - sales such as claim settlement.
- Distribution of insurance products through Life Advisors.
- Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
- After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, training, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.
Candidate prerequisite :
- A bachelor's degree or graduation from any field is required.
- Experience : Two to three years or more, exclusively in insurance sales
- Age range : 25 to 38.
