Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- To boost insurance sales, cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with banking partners.
- By advertising insurance products via a variety of channels, you can reach sales goals.
- Assist bank employees in cross-selling clients on health insurance products.
- Lead generation, policy issuance, and after-sales service are all under the management of the sales process.
- In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.
- Ensuring that clients' continuous expectations are fulfilled is crucial in maintaining client retention.
- Overseeing daily sales operations, such as developing proposals, service agreements, prospects, and markets.
- Assuring growth and profitability, track and evaluate sales performance.
- In response to questions and concerns from clients regarding our products, offer technical expertise and direction throughout the sales process.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales for marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
