Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Expand as much as you can inside the designated territory to fortify the sales and distribution network. Make sure current clients receive sufficient care.
- Recognize the consumer segments and tailor your sales approach based on your understanding of the market demographics.
- Control the fundamentals of distribution, like channel satisfaction and profitability.
- Build strong and ongoing relationships with retailers and field sales representatives to launch proactive relationship management initiatives.
- Organize marketing and merchandising in a methodical manner to increase value for Partners, such as distributors, retailers, and field sales executives.
- Provide reports on market intelligence in a timely manner that include information on the performance of competitors and shifting customer trends.
- To better understand and enhance mobile networks in the markets, collaborate closely with the network team.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 ears of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
