Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- The aim is to recognize, locate, and acquire business prospects, both immediate and future.
- In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.
- Ensuring that clients' continuous expectations are fulfilled is one way to maintain client retention.
- Overseeing the daily sales activities, such as prospecting, market development, service agreements, proposals, and agreements.
- Monitor the daily operations of the field team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to enable them to meet both personal and corporate goals.
- Holding product, selling, lead prospecting, and closing skills trainings for subordinates to help them acquire the necessary abilities.
- Verifies whether customers are satisfied with the product by following up with them.
- Prospective consumers should be actively identified, contacted, and sales leads should be followed up.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
