Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- To accomplish corporate goals, create and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Present products, negotiate and complete transactions, and provide sales presentations.
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities should be recognised while fostering strong relationships with current clients.
- To guarantee client pleasure and address any problems or grievances, work together with other teams.
- To promote continual improvement, keep an eye on consumer input, rival activity, and market trends.
- To monitor performance and pinpoint areas for development, create sales projections and reports.
- To guarantee that client expectations are fulfilled, collaborate closely with internal departments such as linguists and project managers.
- Assist marketing teams in creating campaigns and promotional materials for global markets.
- Reach quarterly quotas and close sales.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
