Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Create and put into action plans to expand into and succeed in current markets.
- Assist Talent Acquisition in locating and hiring exceptional sales personnel.
- Assist staff members in accomplishing both personal and group goals by serving as mentors.
- In order to meet the region's revenue and profitability goals, developing and growing market share is essential.
- Utilise cold calling and other lead creation strategies to independently generate leads.
- Developing new accounts to acquire profitability by generating business requirements from them.
- Promote software goods through marketing initiatives to increase market penetration.
- Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining first-rate relationships with current clients.
- Make sure that clients' payments are collected on time.
- Maintain a consistent and partnership-based relationship with your clients by interacting with them often.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
