Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Expanding business and meeting the company's sales objectives
- Provide Distributors with a clientele to boost business sales.
- Provide monthly performance and market developments reports to the distributor and company.
- Take the lead in sales and shut the new client's transaction.
- To better understand their needs, cultivate a good rapport with your big clients.
- After each ad launches, monitoring shifts in customer involvement.
- Gathering and providing clients with reports that demonstrate the impacts of every campaign.
- Locate new clients and sales channels to support the expansion of the company.
- Take charge of the sales team and manage them to meet and exceed goals.
- Regularly evaluate team members' performance and offer helpful criticism.
- Create and present eye-catching sales presentations to possible customers.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
