Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- To accomplish business goals and sales targets in the region, develop and implement efficient sales tactics.
- Locate and seize fresh commercial prospects in the industry.
- Establish and nurture enduring bonds with distributors, retailers, and important customers.
- To stay current on market developments, rivalry, and customer preferences, conduct market research.
- In order to maximise performance and pinpoint areas for development, analyse sales data and provide intelligent reports.
- Develop promotional strategies and efforts to increase sales in conjunction with the marketing staff.
- Assist the sales team with training and direction to improve their abilities and efficiency.
- Assure adherence to organisational guidelines, protocols, and legal mandates.
- Help create the yearly strategies for sales and marketing.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
