Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Use a variety of lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and industry networking, to identify and develop prospects.
- Educate prospective customers about the capabilities and advantages of visual technology solutions by giving product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop enduring bonds with potential customers and clients by learning about their needs and providing specialised solutions.
- Make an effort to contribute actively to team discussions, training sessions, and sales meetings in order to improve product knowledge and sales tactics.
- Make in-person meetings with clients, travel, and skilfully present PixDynamics' goods.
- Develop and implement sales plans in close collaboration with the sales manager and team to ensure they support organisational goals.
- By closing agreements and bringing in money, consistently meet and surpass predetermined sales goals.
Candidates Requirements :
- Gradation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
