Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Taking charge of the group and inspiring them to meet the set aims and objectives of the organisation.
- Discuss new business ventures, initiatives, procedures, and system requirements in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist management with expansion strategies and give regular dashboards and updates on the current situation to partners and management.
- To guarantee seamless business as usual, oversee the operations team responsible for both branch and back end operations.
- Create an operations model that is lean, aggressive, economical, and focused on the client.
- Deal with walk-in clients and be cognizant of their requirements
- Assist in product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Develop, plan, and implement operational strategies with operational excellence.
- Through active involvement in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy creation, forecasting, and sales, the organisation aligns its sales objectives with a strong company strategy.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 tears of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
