Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a Business Development Manager.
- As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Evaluating performance and creating action plans.
- Building strong relationships with both staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff practice effective time management.
- Adhering to agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff compliance.
- Researching and leveraging current industry and market trends for business enhancement.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
- Age between 21 to 45 Years.
