Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our operations in the assigned region. Company consisting of fintech/financial technology, liquidity provision, payments technology, financial brokerage & corporate services In this role, you will be responsible for creating strategic alliances with partners, introducing brokers (IBs), and affiliates, while also maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. You will play a key role in promoting the brand, increasing lead generation, and boosting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage a portfolio of partners, acquiring new and growing existing relationships.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

- Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives.

- Provide support to new and existing clients via email, phone, or chat.

- Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.

- Identify business opportunities, potential clients, and VIP customers, and create profitable accounts.

- Generate innovative ideas to enhance lead generation and conversion.

- Attend conferences or business meetings as required to network and grow partnerships.

- Assist with onboarding clients, IBs, and partners, and proactively address their queries.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the Forex/Capital Markets or CFD space.

- Practical knowledge or interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, or financial markets.

- Strong business acumen, project management, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to identify new markets and drive initiatives that enhance brand growth.

- Experience in leading a team to achieve performance targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and meet challenges head-on.
