The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key responsibility:

- Explore and pursue opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.

- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.

- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
