Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic business development manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and innovative marketing strategies within the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and execute comprehensive plans to enhance business growth.
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with agency partners to expand our network.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings.
- Provide training and support to agency partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of field sales experience.
- Must be a local candidate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
