Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a results-driven business development manager to lead efforts in expanding business and achieving profitable growth in the local market. This role will involve implementing strategic plans and managing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business expansion and profitability by executing the Business Lines plan.
- Take full responsibility for P&L management, structure, and sales targets, focusing on spending and conversion rates.
- Enhance the customer experience by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and attracting new clients.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure that service levels are met through efficient back-end sales processes and shared resources.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Must be local.
