Job Description :
Urgent requirement for "Business Development Manager " for leading banking sector.
Looking for dynamic candidate with minimum 1yrs of experience in any field sales.
Job Responsibility :
- Achieve the Sales Targets (CA/SA) set in terms.
- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines.
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psycho-graphics for his/ her assigned territory
- Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
CTC : Hike on current CTC + incentives
Qualification : Graduate
Age : Upto 30yrs
