Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
A Business Development Manager is tasked with guiding a sales team to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Their responsibilities encompass formulating sales strategies, assessing the performance of sales teams across different locations, and supervising the performance of team members.
Key Responsibilities of this Position:
- Effectively represent the company by possessing an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct research on consumer requirements and determine how our solutions can fulfill those needs.
- Recruit, train, inspire, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Attain company goals through meticulous planning, establishing sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and making projections.
- Continuously enhance skills related to recruitment, training, and leadership of team members, ensuring the application of effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads and cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Candidates with a background in operations are not suitable for this role.
- The position requires 100% fieldwork for the sale of policies.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in any sales field.
