We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Surat.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Generate and close new business opportunities.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in core field sales and marketing, preferably from the BFSI domain.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
