Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
The Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales goals and targets. Their main job is to manage and motivate their team to drive revenue growth for the organization.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Conduct sales meetings to communicate sales targets, new products, and sales promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Candidate requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
