We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Agency Channel in the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents.
- Recruit and train new agents.
- Monitor and improve agent performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports for management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- Min 1.5 to 2 years experience in Field sales and marketing
- Age between 21 to 38 years
- Must be local candidate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
