Job Description :
- As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to help our company grow by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and increasing revenue. Here's what your job entails:
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive forces. Identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
- Lead Generation : Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, to create a pipeline of potential clients or partners.
- Client and Partner Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Proposal Development : Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract new clients or partners.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to secure new business deals. Close deals to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
- Budget Management : Manage the budget allocated for business development activities, including marketing campaigns and client engagement.
- Market Expansion : Explore new markets, industries, or geographic regions for potential business growth.
- Competitor Analysis : Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Experience in sales and marketing with minimum 1 to 2 years
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and business development tools.
- Market knowledge and adaptability.
