Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-11 yrs)
Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated BDM to drive business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research
- Develop strategic business plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree in Business or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in business development or Core sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
