Manager - Business Development - BFS (8-18 yrs)
Job Description: for Senior Manager - Partner Network/Business Development
Expected Responsibilities :
- To establish productive and professional relationships in the overall capital markets industries, key personnel with Authorized partners, offline partners / platforms
- To negotiate and close partnerships with key partners
- To monitor and analyze performance metrics across the team to manage channel productivity.
- To perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in order to drive more revenues.
- To foster and develop relationships with new clients while maintaining an excellent rapport with the existing ones.
- To closely and collaboratively work with the product, growth and marketing teams in order to provide the best and feasible solutions to the partners.
- To keep up with the trends and changes in the financial area of business, especially the investment sector and Indian markets.
- To carry out timely sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management
- To guide and mentor the team and ensure they perform well as individuals and also as a team.
- To timely share relevant insights of the market and the industry with the founders and senior leadership team.
Expected Skills:

Other than that :
- 8 to 12 years of work experience with at least 6-8 years of experience working in a similar role
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and tenacity to seek new business and meet / exceed revenue targets
- A strong leader mindset and excellent team management and building skills.
