Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for acquiring Corporate and developing business through them. Ensuring top and bottom line achievement of numbers and budgets are achieved for the zone
- Drawing the budget and formulate strategies to control acquisition cost
- Focus on Tie-ups with intermediaries for Zonal Regional Level critical alliances to develop mutually beneficial relationships
- Driving the channel sales and owning the responsibility of its overall performance including the profitability and achievement of the budget
- Assist operational managers in their sales initiatives by bringing in support from the head office
- Work closely with various departments within the company to smoothen operational procedures to facilitate faster closure of sales related matters.
- Should have through knowledge of the market, must be aware of competition practices and should provide regular feedback to VP / Channel Head for advance planning
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC - up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
