- As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruit Agency Partners and advisors.

- Daily update about the status of business and applicability in the contest.

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings.

- Set sales targets and motivate a sales team.

- Assist managers in sales strategy development.

- The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target.

- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

Requirements Skills :

- Strong closing skills

- Great written and verbal communication skills

- Great networking abilities.

Candidate Requirement :

Age : 22 to 37 Years.

- Graduation in Any Stream.

- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing

- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.

- One who ready for challenges.

- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
