Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- To work closely with sales representatives to identify various new industries and close business deals or expand existing business opportunities.
- Responsible for helping organization obtain better brand building & financial growth.
- Meeting with Prospective Clients(CEO/CFO/MD/GM).
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Liaising with other financial institutions like PSU bank/Private banks/Other NBFC for Debt Syndication.
- Presenting holistic view of company's product to the prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal team/execution team to ensure smooth processing for new proposals assignments.
- Monthly reviews with the team to monitor achievement of individual targets, discuss business issues and design action plans to course correct, if required
- Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual by keeping them motivated, resolving their concerns/challenges, if any and maintaining a positive team spirit.
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Skills & Knowledge :
- A go-getter, self-motivated person with very strong oral and written communication skills & Presentation skills
- Experience in the field of Sales & marketing
- Ability to build relationship with clients and establish rapport.
- Ability to communicate effectively and articulate information, convince people
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Judgment and decision-making ability
- Experience in Client Acquisition for NBFC & Advisory.
- Sound knowledge of Financial products
