Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and roles:
- Opening Current and Savings Accounts in the targeted market and gathering references from the designated catchment area
- Ensuring high quality customer acquisition with respect to demographics, product mix, and market segmentation
- Support Senior Sales Manager with branch scoping and catchment mapping exercises.
- Onboard and activate clients on digital platforms.
- Give regular feedback to Senior Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Area Sales Manager on customer requirements and prospective opportunities.
- Quality sourcing and maintaining strict compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
- Ensuring adherence to sales compliance and SOPs specified by the organisation
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
