Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are pleased to announce that we're looking for a young, motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate immediately.
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Consult with clients to assess the strength of our relationship with them and address their evolving needs
- Develop leads; - Coach, motivate, and mentor a group of sales managers;
- Create and maintain relationships with customers.
- Meet with potential clients and create enduring connections by learning about their needs.
- Reaching pre-established sales goals.
- Coordinating marketing and lead generation operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Candidates with an Associate degree in any field will also be preferred.
- 2+ years of working experience in a Field Sales role in the Sales department.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Age between 21 to 38
