Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To meet sales goals in the designated territory, create and execute efficient sales strategies.
- Helping to formulate the company's yearly goals and objectives
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective clients.
- Find fresh business prospects and produce leads to increase market share.
- Work together to create campaigns and promotional materials with the marketing team.
- To improve clients' comprehension and perception of value, educate them about the product.
- Develop and preserve solid client connections by learning about their financial requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Keep an eye on market trends and rivalry to see possible dangers and opportunities.
- Create and provide the management team with sales data and projections.
- To network, go to trade exhibits, industry conferences, and other pertinent events.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
