Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the sales process from the first lead generation to the closure, always exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and customer service.

- To reach revenue goals and increase market share in the upscale retirement home industry, create and carry out strategic sales plans.

- Establish and preserve connections with senior living community influencers, wealthy retirees, and their families, among other potential clients.

- Develop persuasive sales collateral and promotional materials in conjunction with marketing and advertising agencies to appeal to the elderly population and their children who live abroad.

- Offer junior sales team members support and direction, including training on client relationship management and successful sales strategies.

- To adapt sales tactics appropriately, stay up to date on market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
