Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Track down knowledgeable financial advisors.
- Treat your agents and advisors with respect.
- Use your agents to look for fresh business prospects.
- Give them a task in sales and give them encouragement.
- Through intensives, achieve the sales goal.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
Prerequisite for candidates :
- Should hold a degree.
- Having at least two years of field sales experience
- The ability to oversee a team of advisors
- Avoiding being a job hopper
- Ready to be sold
- A strong sense of leadership is necessary for the job.
- Very good knowledge of sales forecasting methods
- Strong writing and spoken communication skills.
- A keen understanding of time management.
