Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conducting door-to-door or street-level sales activities to acquire new customers.
- Engaging with potential customers in-person to introduce our products or services and generate interest.
- Educating customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Demonstrating product usage and answering any questions or concerns.
- Closing sales and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Providing feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
