Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for Business Development Manager who is successful, persuasive and committed to achieve sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing and should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain long term relationships with clients.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
