Manager - Business Development - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- In the Business Development Manager role, you will be recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Generate customer leads through various activities.
- Meet with directly clients and customers.
- Drive Business Target.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.
- Business Reporting, MIS on sales call, Lead Utilization and conversion are tracked,
- Maintained and reviewed on daily basis.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
