- We are looking for BDM (Business Development Manager) based out of Dhule, Jalgaon, Malegaon
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Team Recruitment & Development
- Training and Manage a Team
- Client Relationship
- Business Development
- Sales Support to your team and customers
- Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.
- Train team members on selling and products.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.
- Motivating team members.
- Conduct meeting with branch Manager.
- Identifying training needs.
- Proper information about company products.
- Cross verification of customer data.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduation : Any Graduate
Experience : Need 2 years experience in any sales
- Belong from the same location
- Ability to build up self-team and train them
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills.
