Manager - Business Development - BFS (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold calls prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objective.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Attend industry functions such as start-up and SME's events.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Handling online marketing campaigns.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Mandatory Requirement :
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Should be willing to travel whenever required.
- Creative thinker.
- Should be able to handle a team.
- Should be willing to work additional hours as and when required.
