Manager - Business Development - BFS (0-3 yrs)
- This role involves promoting and selling the bank's products and services to existing and potential customers, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a thorough understanding of the bank's offerings.
Responsibilities :
- Actively promote banking products to potential customers through various channels.
- Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products and effectively communicate their value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and discount policies.
- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
Qualifications :
- Graduation in any fields.
- 6 Months to 3 Year's experience in fields Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Should be local Candidate.
