Business Development Manager
- Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Managing Relationships and helping to channel partners existing portfolios and new clients up to sell or cross-sell our products.
- Develop new channel partners and nurture the existing ones.
- Agents recruit and train to manage the intermediately/ channel partners for various corporate products.
- Also, able to in still confidence in the customer and agent providing advice related to our GI products.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 0- 2 years of sales and Marketing experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 2-3 years
- Good stability.
- Graduated in any field
- Must have good local Network
- Candidates must have their own vehicles
