Manager - Business Development - Bank (4-6 yrs)
We're looking for a passionate, driven and hardworking individual who act as the business owner for his or her division, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business.
What we expect?
As a BDM, you will be expected to :
- Discover potential clients
- Building relations and regular interactions.
- Develop and execute strategies on acquisition of New Partners and Clients.
- Conceptualize and execute new initiatives and pilots related to business.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, web-based and onsite presentations, contract negotiations and closure.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, provide feedback and information on market, competition and customer trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Actively manage existing clients & partners to grow revenue and account shares.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 4-6 Years
Annual CTC: 10 lacs
