About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth for our wealth and portfolio management services. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and exceeding revenue targets. The person has to do a lot of on ground activities like setting up kiosks in malls, residential complexes to generate leads.
Responsibilities :
Prospecting and lead generation : Identify and research potential high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and financial advisors who could benefit from our services.
Building relationships : Develop strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and financial goals.
Presenting and negotiating : Clearly and effectively present the value proposition of our wealth and portfolio management services, crafting personalized solutions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
Partnership development : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, legal professionals, and other related businesses to expand our reach and referral network.
Market research and analysis : Stay informed about the latest trends and regulations in the wealth management industry, identifying new opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.
Reporting and goal setting : Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities. Set ambitious yet achievable goals and track progress towards their achievement.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on wealth management.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the financial services industry.
