Manager - Business Development - Bank (3-4 yrs)
As a Current Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with the bank's current account clients and developing new business opportunities within the current account segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of current account clients
- Develop new business opportunities within the segment
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial needs and goals
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to clients
- Work closely with internal teams such as credit and compliance to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay up to date with market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients and the bank
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate May Apply
- 3 years of experience in banking industry
- Strong understanding of products and services
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of requirements and compliance
