We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Sales team to help us expand our reach and provide top-notch insurance solutions to our customers.
Profile : Sales - Team leading
Location: Anand, GJ.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents to expand the agency network.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to agents to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to sell life insurance products effectively.
- Collaborate with agents to develop sales strategies, conduct joint client meetings, and close high-value life insurance deals.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners and agents to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to adapt our strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Exp. Min. 2 years of Field sales or team handling
- Good networking skills
- Must be local candidate
