Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Coach & guide agents to cross-sell and grow their business.
- Make individual agents grow at least by 20% Year On Year.
- Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of applications.
- Support / guide the producer in all activities related to policy services.
- To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business.
