Brief :
- You will be a face of our business development team and focus on developing the business in the assigned region. You will create strategic alliances with partners, Introducing Brokers, and affiliates and together with them bring new leads to the team. You will also maintain the existing partnerships by building long-term relationships.
- You will be the member of the client-facing department focused on providing exceptional care to new and existing clients through a value-driven relationship-based approach.
- Ultimately, the goal is to promote the brand, add value to the clients' experience ,increase conversion and brand awareness.
Your role as Business Development Executive:
- Build and manage a portfolio of partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis.
- Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives.
- Support new and existing clients via email, phone or chat
- Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures.
- Generate ideas to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable accounts through identifying needs within the FX industry.
- Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to Partner needs.
- Directing partners to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.
- Educate partners on the Company' platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to partners.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relationship or any relevant client facing roles within the financial services industry.
2. Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs.
3. A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
4. Strong business acumen, project management abilities, and negotiation skills.
5. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
7. Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
8. Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;
