Manager - Business Development - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and source a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads
- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
- Co-create and execute a sales strategy for allocated product range and region
- Facilitate pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings and contract negotiation
- Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in cooperation with other departments within Comarch (presales, R&D, implementation, legal, support, etc.) to prepare on time and high-quality proposals
- Actively manage existing customer accounts, address key objectives and strategy, concerns and escalations, overall status and new sales opportunities
- Deliver in-person sales presentations with prospective and existing customers
