Manager - Business Development - Bank (1-6 yrs)

- The selection and training of competent advisors.
- Attracting new advisors by pitching them on career opportunities.
- Agent tracking, activation, and licensing
- Upholding positive relationships with the agents and regularly providing them with product and process training.
- Acting as a problem solver and actively resolving issues and inquiries
- Holding regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries and keeping systematic and planned records of the same.

- Age : 22 to 37 years old.

- Minimum of one years of experience in sales and marketing.
