Manager - Business Development - Bank (1-2 yrs)
GOAL:
- Achieve the minimum number of quality accounts through family banking and lead conversion
- Source new bank accounts cross sell digitally
- Achieve defined quality parameters by making clients digitally active on mobile devices ensuring transaction intensity in the bank account
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/her assigned territory
- Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To prepare monthly quarterly plan
- Executive retail corporate sales to source CASA FD Digitally
- Should be young and energetic for sales
- Good communication skill in English
- Strong customer service orientations
