Key Responsibility Areas
- Generate new revenue: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with upper middle to large accounts that combine in new annual revenue. Aggressively prospect for new accounts and follow up on leads provided by marketing.
- Exercise market intelligence: Constantly gather and report your unique insights on competitive activity, market shifts, opportunities, threats, and trends, and collaborate with your V Trace colleagues to create and implement strategies that overcome obstacles and establish first-to-market products and programs that keep our clients in awe and the competition scrambling as also-rans.
- Manage your region: Leverage on-going training, technology, systems and processes to provide exemplary reporting that consistently exceeds KPIs.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery: Work closely with our best in class operations team to ensure smooth workflows and knowledge sharing exist to facilitate exceptional service delivery- to our customers and each other.
- Internal Communications: Ensure smooth lines of communication surrounding important news, events, sales plans and successes.
- Client Management: Build and nourish good rapport with existing Client's to generate more business and references to generate new business.
- Strategise: Build strategy to explore new areas to expand business irrespective of nature of client. Find out ways of our services to be beneficial to the client and their business.
- Revenue Generation: Create new Revenue generation ideas and techniques.
