We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (KAM)

As a KAM, you will be responsible for all revenue generated from the Fly Loans Partner Network.

What will you do

- Build relationships with potential partners.

- Maximize revenue performance for your area and ensure that the critical KPIs are met.

- Design and execute the sales strategy for the area and spearhead our on-ground efforts.

- Assess the go-to-market strategy for our Fly Loans business in the given region.

- Generate reports on business performance monthly, quarterly, and annually.

- Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment.

What will you need

- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling teams in business development/sales.

- Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics, or management.

- Capability to run a large regional business with minimal inputs.

- Willingness to travel incessantly to drive local channels and relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal, cross-functional teams as well as external partners.
